Used water for washing rice and that from fish
tank contains nutrients, which can be reused for
irrigates plants and thus save water and fertilizers
at the same time. |

Choose water-saving toilets whenever possible,
which have water tank capacity of about 9 litres,
instead of the traditional model with 14 litres.
If, for example, we flush four times a day, using
water-saving model can save up to 20 litres of water.
If replacement is not possible at the moment, you
may put a bottle filled with water or a few bricks
in the water tank to save water. Also, there are
new models of toilets available on the market with
which you can adjust the flushing volume according
